This support page covers Focentra, Docuvail, Autorythm, Packlume, Brewmetry, Beaconora, Formcrest, Daylune, Doughclock, and Privashade.

Email 9881988@gmail.com. Include the app name, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. We normally reply within two business days.

Purchases

Each app includes seven days of free local access. Continuing after that period requires one non-consumable lifetime purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

If you already purchased the lifetime unlock, open the in-app purchase screen and choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that completed the original transaction.

Local data

App records are stored on the device. Deleting an app can permanently remove its local records. Export important PDFs or photos before deleting Docuvail or Privashade.

Permissions

• Docuvail requests camera access only when scanning documents.
• Privashade requests photo access when you choose or save an image.
• Beaconora requests Bluetooth access when discovering BLE devices.
